Will I receive the same batch if ordering more than one of the same colour-way?

Absolutely, I ( Helen ) pride myself on having a good consistency throughout my batches. If for any reason I don't have a complete batch we will contact you with a timeline for dyeing you a batch and a new shipping date.

How BIG!!! are your batches?

We dye in batches of 6-10 depending on the technique. If you need a set amount for a sweater please contact us regarding a dye to order. There is NO additional charge for this we just want you to have the same batch for your sweater needs!

Can I get a custom and personalised orders?

I offer a dye to order service on pre existing colours only. There is a minimum of 300g per order, and I will schedule your order into my dye plan but please be aware this could take up to and including 4 weeks before shipping. Please be mindful that we have an update on the last Thursday of the month and this offer is for when you need a bigger quantity ie a sweater for an example. I do NOT offer a dye to order in a colour you have come up with. I know this may be disappointing but unfortunately, time and demand no longer allow this. You will need to pay upfront for your order and no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are offered on this service.

Will you be dying that colour again?

YES! Unless a listing stats OOAK (one of a kind), discontinued or Sale then it will be dyed again. We update last Thursday of the month and yarns sell out quickly so please keep up to date via our newsletter and Instagram for times and dates.

Please remember the wool I sell has been hand dyed. We dye in colour batches but colour ways will vary. 

When will my yarn be shipped?

I aim to post all packages on a Monday every week, this may vary in school holiday times and I always note this on the top on my website if away. You will receive a dispatch notice once your parcel is in the Royal Mail system.
